Section participants will have to find out what law enforcement agencies expect from working with each other. Representatives of national registries will share their experience in working with law enforcement agencies in different countries, and then they will discuss whether the experience of one registry can be applied in other regions. Participants will also try to discuss how to make the interaction of registries and law enforcement more effective.

Can the registry work not only with registrars, but also with end users? How do registries get closer to a domain name administrator? And is it necessary to do this? Representatives of national registries from different countries will share their experience and discoveries in this area. They will tell you what, in their opinion, the users themselves want from national registries, and how registries can help them.

Domain name auctions are becoming more widespread, and it is the auctions that will become the main topic of the final section of TLDCON 2019.
